Achieving customer satisfaction is the fulcrum of our review process and where necessary lessons learned are implemented to further strengthen our procedures.
Inter-departmental performance indicators at front end processes such as estimating, and planning, as well as operational key performance indicators during manufacturing, and supply chain management, ensure that key processes are continuously monitored and controlled, and that product conformity is achieved.
